EMPOWER LOGSTOR Insulated Pipe Systems (ELIPS) is a joint venture between LOGSTOR and Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (EMPOWER), the leading district cooling company in Dubai.

The aim is for ELIPS to play a leading role in the development of this market, which is expected to have a market value of as much as USD 1.5 billion over the next five years. This is because district cooling is increasingly seen as the safest, most reliable, most energy-efficient and most environmentally-friendly way to cool buildings of all kinds.

This joint venture is ideally placed to service the critical need for high-quality pre-insulated district cooling pipes across the region. ELIPS manufacturing activities focus on LOGSTOR pre-insulated pipes with particularly large diameters, currently up to DN 2000
