RIM SEAL SYSTEM FOR EXTERNAL & INTERNAL FLOATING ROOF

 

External & internal floating roof seal system has been designed to comply with the requirement of API 650, environmental regulations worldwide. The space between the other periphery of the roof and the tank shell is sealed by a flexible device that provides a close contact on the shell surfaces.

 

Primary Seal:

• Pantograph type mechanical seal
• Spring type mechanical seal (scissor type)
• Foam type seal - vapor type and liquid mounted type

 

Secondary Seal:

• Mechanical type with compression plate, curtain seal and wiper blade
• Flexible wiper type seal
