Sludge Treatment and Storage Tank Cleaning

 

OIL TECH & CRIMSON PLUSS (Estonia) has formed a successful partnership (Joint Venture) to undertake the Sludge Removal and Storage Tank cleaning activities in United Arab Emirates and Middle East.

 

Main activities:

 

Light and dark oil products, chemical and perfume reservoirs cleaning and washing to the highest market standard. (Oil product, which is being pumped through our MCS (Mobile Cleaning System) from the reservoirs, can be filtered for separating water, mechanical impurities and purified oil product is returned to the client.)

 

Our technology is based on 40’F and 20’F container with additional equipment (without man entry system)

 

Additional activities:

  • Innovative technologies for oil-extracting and oil-processing companies.
  • Development and production of equipment for oil sludge processing. Close-loop system.
  • Sale of chemical hoses and flexible reservoirs for pipeline repairs and temporary oil storage.

 

In cooperation with Oil Treatment International:

  • Cleaning of decontaminating water using Solid Oil Treatment
  • Cleaning of decontaminating soils using Liquid Oil Treatment
  • Cleaning of harbor walls

 

Stages of Tank Cleaning Process

  • MCS preparation for operation.
  • Determination of non-extractable residue presence.
  • Recirculation of oil, if necessary.
  • Transfer of crude to the receiving tank
  • Removal of oil product technological residue.
  • Washing and cleaning of inner tank surfaces.
  • Tank degassing to the acceptable norms.
  • After-cleaning of inner tank surfaces and visual control of tank bottom and walls.
